Honey ginger lime tea

For when rain outside and you want something hot.

  1. Boil water with fresh ginger slices for 5 minutes.
  2. Squeeze half a lime, add 1 to 2 spoons honey.
  3. Stir well and drink hot. Add more honey if you want it sweeter.

Oven honey lime chicken

Works on thighs or drumsticks. Weeknight easy.

  1. Mix 3 tbsp honey, juice of 1 lime, 2 garlic cloves, black pepper.
  2. Rub on chicken and let sit 20 minutes if you have time.
  3. Bake at 375°F until done, brush with extra glaze in the last 10 minutes.

Honey on coconut bake

Best when the bake still warm from the shop or your oven.

  1. Slice bake thick while hot.
  2. Spread butter, then drizzle honey on top.
  3. Pair with cocoa tea or coffee. Done.

Cornmeal porridge finish

Lot of yards start the morning like this.

  1. Cook cornmeal porridge your usual way with milk and spice.
  2. When it thick and off the heat, stir in 1 to 2 spoons honey.
  3. Top with nutmeg. Sweeten more at the table if you need.
